MamaShawna.com Website Return Policy
Mama Shawna strives to feed your pet delicious and nutritious food. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will gladly accept returns for first-time orders within 10 days of your retail purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them in, unopened, and in the item's original packaging. Unfortunately, we can only refund the purchase price for the returned product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To start a return, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and include your order number or a copy of your receipt. Once approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your package and gladly refund the purchase price for the returned product once your package has been received and approved.

If you purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly to arrange your return if applicable.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. If you are looking to update the address, please send us a note to firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP so we can try to do that for you. Please note if the order has already shipped, we are unable to adjust the address and it is your responsibility to collect the order from the provided shipping address.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items?
We do not accept returns on any seasonal items, promotional items, wholesale items or gift cards.
Damages, Issues & Lost or Stolen Packages?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact shipping carrier directly regarding lost or stolen packages.
